It has come to our attention that there is little about us that can be read before membership. This post is a step in the direction of rectifying that.
BWC is a Military Styled Group of players that believe Teamwork will win the day. Many of our members are active military or ex-military members.
We are currently active in Planetside, Teamfortress 2, and Very Active in Warhammer:WAR.
We have a few things that all new recruits MUST do.
- Register with our Forums located here: http://www.the-bwc.com/smf
- Post a message in our recruiting forum area. This will result in a welcome message detailing what to do next and more importantly – access to the rest of our boards.
- Once access is granted, read then /sign the SOP – a link will be provided
- Log into TeamSpeak and get registered there.
- /join in game, and HAVE FUN With BWC!

We are a military based outfit with civilian, military and ex-military members. We pride ourselves on teamwork and community. We use our positions as brothers in arms to destroy our foes with unity. Alone, you are nothing. United we stand, divided we fall. To that end, the following document outlines mere ideas of what it is to be a BWC member but to experience what it means to be a part of BWC, you must play with BWC. Memorize not this document but the ideas of teamwork, brotherhood and respect. Know your place as a small part of the greater good. Check your ego at the door and prepare to work together.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Guidelines
These are the general guidelines for being a member of BWC. Read this post and reply that you have done so. This is not a binding contract but rather rules you should live by if you want to continue to be a BWC member. While these rules set forth your principal attitude in BWC, they are not all inclusive. We, BWC C&S, are like water, fluid in movement. We have the ability to act when needed that is not outlined in this document.
1) You will read the BWC SOP and adhere to its expectations. You will post a reply in the SOP forum thread with a simple “/sign” should you accept the terms we put forth.
2) Teamspeak is mandatory when playing any game that BWC plays.
3) Use your chain of command (CoC) at all times. This means talking to the people in charge of you. This will be clearly defined to you by the BWC C&S. Failure to follow the CoC will result in strikes.
4) Your status in BWC will be “Recruit” upon acceptance and being given an invite into BWC. You will be evaluated by BWC officers, Legionnaires, and NCOs in a “try-out” period. After this try out period you will be promoted to member, or kicked from BWC. Your new rank will be Private. You will not progress past this point unless you want to – see your chain of command for details.
5) We will track your playing time via the “Last Online” feature. Anyone who has not logged in for over 15 days in-game and has not posted a Leave of Absence on the BWC forums will be removed from the roster in-game.

After that all you need to do is read/sign the SOP, get an invite in the game you are joining, Get your TeamSpeak set up, and Set up you XFire! Before you know it you to could be a Specialist!
