Our ArmA 3 Company employs a Milsim Lite style across its twice weekly Zeus-curated operations, multi-month story campaigns, trainings, FTX's, and Fireteam tournaments. We have a private server modded for realism available to members 24/7 except when operations or trainings are in session. Opportunities for leadership, and specialty roles are available to all players. We practice teamwork, communication, and coordination.

BWC Mission creators generally favour the dynamic missions and campaigns. Essentially, this puts the zeus in a dungeon master type role for the mission. You manipulate variables based on player decisions and control the players actions through either radio commands from an HQ, mission tasks, controlling civilians that run up and talk to them, any manner in which you can prompt them where to go. The Mission Curator can decide whether or not they want to get into voice acting, character bios, backstory, or anything that you can think of to help immerse the players into the simulations.
